Hey jp,
“Follow the process” only makes sense if the process actually delivers… right now it clearly doesn’t.
People have been sending feedback through official channels, repeatedly, and the same core issues are still here or getting worse. At some point, blaming users for “not enough feedback” stops making sense… it just exposes how ineffective the response from the company is.
And calling this “disturbing community peace” is just a way to shut people up. People are speaking here because the official routes aren’t working. That’s not noise… that’s a pattern.
The bigger problem is priorities. Pushing UI tweaks like battery visuals because “people asked for it” while basic functionality like call quality, performance, and stability are still unreliable is exactly why this feels so broken. That’s not how a flagship should be handled.
If your device is fine, great. But using that to downplay widespread issues and tell others to just “follow the process” comes off as dismissive and out of touch. This isn’t about impatience … it’s about a product that’s becoming increasingly unreliable while the response around it stays vague and defensive.
