I was waiting for new UI and depth effect on my nothing phone 3a pro. But nothing os 4.1 had nothing crazy in it and just a simple April Patch. I’m really disappointed from Nothing at this point here. I literally installed so many Depth effect wallpapers for new update. But just a normal April Patch. Like making us wait for 2 months and giving us nothing crazy at all is dipshit tbh.

And why os is suggesting me to install recommended apps? Like why????

I switched to nothing for better ui and bloatware free experience but today I’m kinda disappointed 😔

Ik that it’s for profit but can’t just directly do this after promoting bloatware free os for user .

Nothing is becoming nothing. Sad but it’s the truth 😔

you can remove that app…

go to settings> apps> all apps > find “app services” > disable that app… then it’ll prompt you to restart device… after restarting device this app will be completely deleted from your device

Yarala he’s talking about the lock screen, you can use double tap when the phone is unlocked but not when it’s locked, personally I don’t understand the use since the phone goes back to sleep after a brief moment anywyas

First time I am disappointed with the nothing team for adding bloatware even in the pro version of phone 3a series.. What about clean UI experience..I can understand in ‘lite’ versions for giving a solid phone at affordable price but there should be an option for uninstalling the app !

Just installed Nothing OS 4.1 (Android 16) on my Phone 3a Pro.

Key changes I noticed:

• Live Updates (Lock screen + Glyph support)

• New lock screen clock styles

• Improved notification UI

• Smoother performance so far

First impression: Feels cleaner and slightly smoother, but still testing battery and heating.

Anyone else updated? How’s your experience ??

4.1 running smooth on my 3(a)PRO. No heating issues. Still testing battery consumption. Disabled bloatware / ads by: Settings - Apps - Apps Services - Disable.

After updating to Nothing OS 4.1, the battery sucks! I fully charged my NP 3a before i sleep and by the time i woke up it’s already at 92%. I haven’t even used my phone after being fully charged. Please fix this issue, Nothing. And also camera post processing not getting better. 😭😭
