So put yourself in my shoes, I was at work and managed to drop my phone in such a way that the camera got clocked and shattered the glass lense on the main camera beyond my case. I have since been trying to get a chance to fix it however here in the UK there is no physical service center and they don’t sell parts to repair centers. So I reach out to Nothing to find out they want me to mail my personal and only phone to them for two weeks?
That sucks but I can work with it but on top of it they want me to factory reset my phone. Which is one request that doesn’t quite work for me. I think a service mode to be available to protect data and lock out non specific apps until unlocked by the user makes sense. That way I can send it to a service center to be repaired and not lose all my very important information that isn’t easily backed up.
