Hi everyone! I saw a comment about issues and slow-downs when using the multiple users functions on this thread (https://nothing.community/en/d/36943-no-private-space-for-other-user/3):
Uday Alongside that, there are several other degradations including:
being unable to set new user as owner
quick settings widget doesn’t show up
fingerprint recognition being slow
buggy, and irresponsive many a times even for a phone with 12gig RAM (specifically when swiping up to home, etc.)
persistent duplicate files app icon
unable to share files between users
bedtime mode toggle absent
many more which I’ll update as I get reminded
Are those still ongoing issues?
My current phone is a 5 years old Pixel 6 with only 8GB and has similar problems, so I was hopping to upgrade to the Nothing 4a. But if even 12Gb Nothing phones are having issues, should I hold on to the Pixel instead? Or did multiple user managing get better recently?
Would I be safer with the 3a (12gb) instead of the 4a (8gb)? These are the choices within my budget at the moment.
