Hello Nothing/CMF Team and Community,
I want to suggest a much-needed UI enhancement for the CMF Phone 1.
As we know, Android 16 and 17 are expected to lean heavily into modern aesthetics like transparent backgrounds and glassmorphism (blur effects). Since CMF Phone 1 has a very capable and powerful processor, it can easily handle these visual effects without any lag.
Since we are approaching the final major updates for this device, I request the team to add these two features to keep the UI looking fresh and modern:
Transparent/Blur Notification Panel: The current solid background feels a bit dated. A blur effect would make it look premium.
Transparent App Drawer: Adding a transparency slider or a blur effect for the app drawer background.
If these aren’t added, the UI might start feeling old compared to newer Android versions very soon. Let’s make the most of the CMF Phone 1’s hardware!
