I’m not a gym person, nor someone deeply focused on workout routines or fitness goals. For me, a smartwatch needs to fit naturally into everyday life — something comfortable, reliable, stylish, and smart enough to handle notifications, calls, health tracking, and basic convenience features without becoming overwhelming.
After spending time with the CMF Watch Pro 3, I can confidently say this is one of the most balanced smartwatches in the budget segment right now.
Design

CMF has absolutely nailed the design language here. The combination of the matte black body with the vibrant orange strap looks stunning in person. It feels modern, playful, and premium at the same time — something many smartwatches in this category fail to achieve.
The orange colour deserves special mention because it gives the watch a unique personality. It stands out without looking overly flashy. Whether indoors or outdoors, the colour combination constantly grabs attention.
The watch is also lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear. Even someone like me, who usually doesn’t enjoy wearing watches for long periods, found it easy to wear throughout the day.
Display Experience
One of the strongest highlights of the CMF Watch Pro 3 is its AMOLED display.

The panel is bright, vibrant, sharp, and looks excellent while viewing notifications, watch faces, health data, or simply checking the time. Outdoor visibility is surprisingly good, and the smooth animations make the overall experience feel polished.
The black and orange theme paired with dark watch faces creates a visually striking experience. Some of the watch faces genuinely look premium and futuristic.
CMF also offers over 120+ watch faces, which gives users enough flexibility to match different moods and styles.
Performance & Software

Regarding performance, the CMF Watch Pro 3 feels smooth, responsive, and easy to navigate in day-to-day use.
The interface follows a familiar smartwatch layout with dedicated screens for:
Navigation through the crown also feels satisfying and responsive.
What impressed me even more was the Nothing X app experience.
The Nothing X app is honestly one of the cleanest smartwatch companion apps I’ve used. The typography follows Nothing’s signature design language, making everything look neat and easy to read. Health metrics and settings are organised beautifully into widget-style cards.
The app also allows home screen customisation between the Health and My Devices sections, which adds flexibility many competing apps still lack.
Most settings are accessible within just a few swipes, and the overall user experience feels intuitive rather than cluttered.
Features

The CMF Watch Pro 3 comes packed with features, especially considering its pricing.
Some of the major highlights include:
24×7 heart rate & SpO2 monitoring
Sleep tracking with Deep Sleep, REM Sleep & Nap detection
Active Score tracking
Training Load metrics
VO2 Max-focused running plans
131 sports modes
Auto-recognition for 5 workout types
Dual-band GPS (L1 + L5)
Bluetooth calling
AI noise cancellation
Voice assistant support
Recording transcription
ChatGPT integration on Nothing OS devices
Essential News summaries
Notifications with quick replies
Crown navigation support
Bluetooth 5.3
Support for Google Health & Apple Health syncing
Music controls, weather, alarms, stopwatch, and more
Even though I’m not heavily into workouts, it’s clear the watch offers a very complete feature set for users who care about health tracking and fitness
Bluetooth Calling
The Bluetooth calling experience is surprisingly decent.

The built-in speaker and microphone perform well for quick calls, and the AI-backed noise cancellation helps reduce surrounding noise to some extent.
In moderately noisy environments, call quality remained clear enough for short conversations, making the watch genuinely useful when the phone isn’t immediately accessible.
Battery Life 🔋
Battery life has been excellent in my experience.

I consistently got around 7 days of usage even with:

Notifications enabled
Regular syncing
Continuous usage
Bright display settings
Health tracking active
That’s genuinely impressive because many smartwatches struggle to maintain good battery life once notifications and tracking features are fully enabled.
Final Thoughts
The CMF Watch Pro 3 makes a strong case for itself with:
A striking and unique design
Vibrant AMOLED display
Smooth software experience
Excellent battery life
Reliable smart features
Comfortable lightweight build
What makes it stand out even more is CMF’s playful design language and the polished Nothing X app experience, both of which feel more refined than many competitors in this segment.
For everyday users who want a stylish, reliable, and modern smartwatch experience it is one of the best And personally, I still think the orange variant is the best-looking smartwatch design CMF has made so far. 🧡
