Hey Community
I hope are you doing great and having wonderful time with the amazing community and Nothing fans.
From Arijit M, today i will share my experience and a full review of CMF Watch 3 Pro: The Circular Evolution
CMF by Nothing has always pushed the boundaries of what budget wearables can look like. With the new CMF Watch 3 Pro, the sub-brand has completed an aesthetic shift, firmly embracing a premium circular design. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve integrated this wearable directly into my daily life—putting its new hardware, dual-band navigation, and software upgrades through rigorous real-world testing.

Design & Architecture
Premium Metal Meet Tactile Control,The immediate shift from the previous square look to a classic round aluminum alloy frame fundamentally changes the wrist presence.
The Body: The matte-finished aluminum chassis feels robust, structured, and premium. It completely ditches the generic plastic feel common to the sub-₹10,000 price point, offering an excellent screen-to-body ratio.

The Crown: The device features a functional, physical rotating crown with refined haptics. Scrolling through menus or expanding system widgets via the physical dial is wonderfully smooth and reliable.

Comfort & Fit: Paired with soft-touch liquid silicone straps, it conforms cleanly to the wrist for day-and-night tracking without causing skin irritation. It’s giving way to a cleaner fixed-bezel architecture.

Visual Canvas: 60Hz AMOLED Fluidity
The screen is a centerpiece highlight that outclasses many alternatives.

The Panel: It sports a gorgeous 1.43-inch AMOLED display pushing a crisp 466 × 466 resolution.
Smoothness: It runs at a fluid 60 fps refresh rate. Sweeping across notifications or sliding through custom cards feels instant, without typical budget-panel ghosting.
Luminance: Peaking at over 650 nits brightness, outdoor legibility under direct sunlight is an absolute non-issue.
AOD & Watch Faces: The watch includes well over 120+ signature minimalist watch faces with matching, distinct Always-On Display (AOD) configurations that mesh brilliantly with the Nothing OS design ethos.

Precision Tracking: The Pro Navigation Leap
For the community’s fitness enthusiasts, the headline upgrade here is the standalone navigation hardware.

Dual-Band GNSS: The Watch 3 Pro comes equipped with specialized Multi-System Dual-Band (L1 + L5) GPS. This is a massive addition for structural route mapping; it registers outdoor coordinates cleanly without needing to carry a paired smartphone.
Sports Engineering: Packed with 131 specialized sports modes, it maps out intensive data clusters including active calories, real-time pace, post-workout recovery time, and custom heart rate zone breakdowns.
Auto-Recognition: Smart activity detection natively picks up multiple core exercises (such as walking, indoor/outdoor running, cycling) and will prompt you to backfill data if you forgot to start the session.
System Intelligence & Ecosystem Synergy
The software integration via the Nothing X app workspace feels deep and intentionally designed.

AI Utilities: The watch boasts built-in ChatGPT voice command integration, alongside custom wrist Gesture Controls. A simple wrist flick can be assigned to accept an incoming call or swap your audio track seamlessly.
Ecosystem Extras: It includes an on-wrist Voice Memo Recorder that cleanly manages transcription utilities back inside the app, as well as an interactive custom Workout Coach.
Connectivity: Bluetooth calling is remarkably clear. The integrated microphone handles voice isolation very well thanks to upgraded AI ambient noise reduction algorithms.
Battery Endurance & Resilience
Real-World Power: Powered by a 350mAh cell, the typical usage target sits at 13 days. In extensive testing with all notifications active and moderate GPS usage, you will easily clear 9 to 10 days of heavy real-world endurance. Activating permanent AOD drops that figure down to a still-respectable 4 to 5 days.

Protection: Carries a solid IP68 dust and water resistance rating, meaning it easily survives sweat-heavy workout sessions and unexpected downpours. Community note: Keep it out of swimming pools, as it isn’t rated for deep immersion diving.

Final Thoughts & Verdict
At its launch price point, the CMF Watch 3 Pro makes a highly compelling argument for itself. It bridges the gap between raw hardware value and beautiful, minimalist software. The dual-band GPS, metal chassis, and buttery-smooth 60Hz AMOLED panel combine to provide an exceptional companion device to any Nothing setup.
