I’ve been facing a serious network connectivity issue on my CMF Phone 1 for a long time, and I’m hoping someone from the community or the Nothing team can help.
I’m using a Jio SIM, and mobile data barely works on my CMF Phone 1 even when there is good network coverage. To troubleshoot, I inserted the exact same SIM card into my old Samsung phone at the same location, and the internet works perfectly there without any issues.
On my CMF Phone 1:
* Mobile data often doesn’t work at all.
* Web pages and apps fail to load despite showing network signal.
* The issue has been happening for a long time, not just recently.
What I’ve already tried:
* Updated the phone to the latest Nothing OS version.
* Updated all apps from the Play Store.
* Updated Google Play System.
* Restarted the device multiple times.
* Tested the same Jio SIM in another phone (Samsung), where it works normally.
Since the SIM works fine in another device at the same location, this seems to be a CMF Phone 1 network or modem-related issue rather than a carrier problem.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues on the CMF Phone 1? If so, were you able to find a solution? Any help or guidance from the Nothing team would be appreciated.
