Hey everyone,
For the past couple of months i was working on a music player app and decided to overhaul the visuals to match the Nothing style after the core functionality was done. Let me introduce you the NTape music player;

This was a personal project until i’ve noticed that there aren’t really that many straightforward local music players with clean UI and UX. The functionality is a mix of Asus Music Player + Spotify and the look is obviously inspired from the newest NothingOS design language.

The app is currently out on Google Play Store, however it’s only accessible by invite for now. If you want to join the Closed Alpha Testing you can send me your e-mail via the Google Form below and you’ll be added to the tester list.

After filling out the form, it might take a couple of hours of waiting before you are in the tester team. You can go to the Play Store link below to see if you are able to access the Closed Alpha page, if you can, go ahead and install the app.

To conclude Closed Alpha Test and move onto the release, Google states the app should have “at least 12 testers who install and keep the app for 14 days or more” so you can help the project by using it for ~14 days and let me know all the bugs in the meantime through Settings>Feedback or commenting in this thread.

Planned features:
- Light mode
- Custom themes
- Lyrics support (will require internet connection)
- Widget support
- Support for more languages
Thanks for reading, hope you enjoy the app!
