After installing the most recent update, I’ve encountered an issue when trying to unlock my phone with my PIN. On the lock screen, the number keypad appears, but when I tap the numbers, they don’t respond at all. It seems to affect the top row of the keypad (numbers 1, 2, and 3), although at times the keypad can become completely unresponsive. As a result, I’m unable to enter my PIN and can be completely locked out of my phone.
I have also factory reset my phone, but the issue still persists.
The only workaround I’ve found is to press the power button to lock the phone, then press it again to wake the screen. After doing that, the PIN keypad becomes responsive and I can enter my PIN.
This is a very frustrating issue because it happens intermittently, and when it does, I’m unable to unlock my phone until I use this workaround. Since this started immediately after the most recent software update, it appears to be related to the update.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Has anyone found a fix or workaround?
