I have used the Live Earth wallpaper for many years on all the phones I ever owned. Even now I used it with Nothing Phone 2 just like with every other phone. But with the latest update I can only pick a picture or Nothing wallpaper. There is no option for Live Wallapapers anymore. Should I report it to Nothing or is this a feature?

    Yup disappointing. I miss having memories as my live wallpaper. Watching my daughter grow up as my wallpaper has been amazing and now it’s gone

    Yeah I’m using the earth super wallpaper from miui currently on my 2a just get Google wallpaper.

    I recently noticed Samsung able to animate there wallpapers in th lockscreen . I personally felt it like a more modern lock screen. I guess every os are bringing in this feature for a classy lock screen look. I hope Nothing Os will also bring such feature .

    Will be interesting. I think iPhone and some Android, and Huawei have had this for a little while. I do like some of the animations, they look clean. I also like Xiaomi’s super wallpapers although probably not Nothing’s style.

    Will be interesting to see if NOS3.0 offers more lock screen personalisation than what has been shown thus far..

    Exactly that is what I meant by lockscreen wallpaper animation.I guess this would be a very goood add for nothing os. I would change the overall look of the lock screen.

    In this inmirging phone industry why nothing does provide transformimg wallepers and live wallpaper default but nothing flows the same old style wallper ..

    I tried using a third party wallpaper app , which provided live wallpapers which have certain effects for actions like unlocking the device or swiping the screen.

    But the app says your device doesn’t support live wallpapers.

    I don’t generally apply live wallpapers but wanted to try it for once but didn’t work.

    RobertTaylor_Y4bwohVosR FIXED! I had that fitbit ‘track’ wallpaper showing my steps, then it disappeared. (I guess I was messing with wallpapers in the regular settings app) I looked for Google wallpapers, already installed, and selected it again. It’s this kind of complication that drives people to iPhones (not me).
