Hey everyone!
I hope you’re all doing great! I just have to share with you the incredible photo walk and meet-up I experienced in Bengaluru, India with Mladen Hoyss, Carl Pei, Levi Li, and other selected community members, all thanks to the upcoming launch of the Phone (2a) on 5th March.
We started our day at the Lalbagh Botanical Garden, feeling like a group of secret agents as we eagerly anticipated getting our hands on the shiny new device. While waiting for the models to arrive, we engaged in insightful discussions about the company’s vision, future plans, and provided feedback on both the software and hardware aspects of the phone. However, this event was not solely focused on technology. We also explored hidden gems, honed our photography skills with Mladen’s tips, and connected with other Nothing enthusiasts. The energy throughout the day was truly remarkable! We captured stunning shots at iconic locations like the Glass House and even stumbled upon an amazing elephant structure. Despite our small group size, we were a diverse and incredibly talented bunch who thoroughly tested the Phone (2a)’s camera, making use of all its fantastic features and options.
Following our time at the garden, we headed to Nothing’s experience store to meet Carl, Levi, and other members of the Nothing team. There, we had the opportunity to explore the store, participate in a quiz (with goodies for the winner), and engage in an AMA session with Carl Bhai while enjoying some Chai. To top it all off, I unexpectedly had the honor of unboxing the first official Phone (2a) in front of everyone, and let me tell you, that phone lives up to its hype! It looked absolutely stunning. We also had the chance to take pictures with the entire team and capture a group photo.
So, that’s my story! A day filled with technological excitement, photo adventures, and the magic of connecting with like-minded individuals. If you ever have the opportunity to join a photowalk, I highly recommend it! The people, the laughter, the memories, and the overall experience are truly invaluable treasures.
Keep exploring, keep capturing moments, and keep that community spirit alive!
