Eraser and reflection remover for phone 3

Anyone knows when those features are coming to the phone 3? The 4a series has it. Why not the Flagship device?

Bersierno It is such a simple feature but it works not that well

For comparison , the current AI eraser works like how ios 26 would eraser subjects I hope it improves when the update reaches phone 3 this month or with 5.0🤞 (4a pro user)

Simple in theory, but in practice it relies on on device or cloud base LLM. You can’t compete with Google’s Gemini, thus you get worse results.

I have a 4a and I don’t use the AI eraser cuz it’s really bad.

grepGander Yeah , I know just gave them a heads up about how it produces the result just messed around with it when I got nothing to do

It traumatized me

I just tried removing blemishes on a skin and it created a black hole that looked like spikes 😭 struck their face , I will never forget that face anymore , lol

This is already part of Google photos and works very well there, magic eraser it’s called. Use this until the feature arrives in Nothing Gallery.

It’s because they want you to buy the 4 series of phones. They could add the eraser to the gallery at any time, they just don’t want to. Besides Google Photo’s already has it and is by far the best one out.
