Hi, I wanted to buy a charger for my new Nothing phone 2. Saw many sellers in Amazon selling the same type of Nothing Charger for even lesser price that what Original website where it redirects to Flipkart. Can someone help me should I buy it from Amazon where it’s being sold at 999 Rupees not sure whether it’s fake or real. Please help or suggest me some good chargers

The amazon one is fake, flipkart one is the real deal.
I purchased nothing adapter 2 times and both the time I got fake charging adapter having same serial number i.e. PH02042228005721 . I checked onilne on amazon and flipkart, there are lots of adapters selling with same serial number. As far as I know for every product a distinct serial number is alloted. Is there fake adapters selling online?

- I recently bought nothing phone 2a , that’s why I was surfing through internet to find the notification charger but by mistake I bought copy charger from Amazon and no replacement option was available. Then I thought I should buy new charger from nothing official website and that website takes me to Flipkart and I thought that this should be original charger and bought that and at the time of delivery it was open delivery but delivery man after taking my money ripped box and takes the picture of charger and just left. But after that I saw my charger was wrapped in plastic material but nothing uses paper wrap then I compared this new charger to Amazon bought copy charger and they have the same serial no. Which is not possible unless it’s a copy ( I have lost my 2500 rupees) and Flipkart customer service says that in open box delivery return is not possible then why did they said in buying option that it was 7 days return policy if it’s not returnable
ABC_25 same happened with me firstly I bought through Amazon which was fake after that I used nothing website which take me to Flipkart and that one was fake also both have same serial no. Same as yours (I have lost 3500 rupees) and Flipkart has return policy available till 21st April but they are not accepting it they are saying open box delivery doesn’t accept return policy then why did they were mentioning 7 day return policy when I bought the charger thinking that if it was fake then I could return it.

Param_467ZbLSlAI ask them that you would escalate complaint of selling fake chargers maybe that would help, if the bill have mention of same fake s.no. then maybe you can prove it is a fake charger. I was fed up of all this and finally bought cmf 65W gan charger from Flipkart that was original. got it for ₹ 2699.

Its very simple, just scroll down to the product and check the brand name and also the “About the brand” section , if this section has a link to nothing brand store in amazon or flipkart. You are dealing with the real product. Incase of fake product

I ordered the same adaptor from Flipkart by cross checking in about the brand section and then ordered it ,it was totally fake and no one is responding from Flipkart.

Hi Team Nothing.
I purchased the Power 45W adaptor via the Nothing.tech India official page and it turned out to redirect me to a fake adaptor page on Flipkart India. In product details it was mentioned by Nothing Technologies Limited.
I went to customer care and they mentioned you need to look out for a red tab on top and the tray on which the charger will be placed won’t be made of plastic, which in my case doesn’t have a red tab to open and has a plastic tray.
I highly request you to please take this up with Flipkart India.
(As i type this I checked online through the official link and the seller has changed as well).

Then I call fipkart care they tell me contact nothing care. I also contact nothing care and they tell me it is a duplicate adaptor. Immediately I call flipkart care they tell me it was open box delivery so I could not help me. Then I again call flipkart care I told care that I received wrong product, then care promised to approve the replacement within 48 hours and will give me a call, as of now it is pending. I think I have lost 2399 rupees.
Interesting topic. I didn’t know that there are fake chargers. I bought two myself for quite cheap at $16 each, but luckily each serial number is different for me. The opening leaf is red and the inside of the box is also paper.

Can i use 67w xiaomi charger?

BestinJacob It won’t fast charge, I’ve tried. There’s a different charging protocol there. Even older and weaker chargers with QC 3.0 charged better. Look for a charger with Power Delivery PD 3.0.
