CMF Buds - Hissing sound with ANC

So is anyone else experiencing this small yet noticeable issue? Whenever there's a loud noise in the background and i use ANC in the CMF buds, i hear a hissing sound in the background. Which although is better than the noise itself, but it isn't all silent. And the louder the noise, the louder the hissing. But here's the funny part, when i turn on ANC using the buds' tap and hold feature, and when the "dub" sound plays, indicating the ANC being enabled, the sound in the background goes real silent, and when the sound ends, the hissing sound starts. I feel like it's a little unbalanced optimization in the software or something… but still .. Please someone either relate or tell solution.

So recentlų have faced an issue .when use anc (only in high) the right bud makes a white noise (it feels like sound is leaking ) but on other settings like low , medium or even adaptive it’s fine .l hope they see this and fix this

For me every once in a while my CMF Buds will make a popping sound, but then it’ll never make that sounds again. I’m not sure if that has to due with the bass or not, but any odd sound sounds concerning.

I have the same issue but it is fixed when i turn off anc and transparency so i think iis an issue with my left mic
