MDARIJ Which part of Assam you belong to??And did u upgraded the phone 2a to the latest OS 2.6 launched on 8 July?
I get my phone 2a replaced… and after more than 6 weeks got a new phone with the same exact problem (green line on top).
At least the green line is a little less visible on this one, and appear when I turn off the phone. Just hope it will not be worst with time because I can’t afford to wait another 6 weeks to get another phone (with probably the same issues).
At the end I’m kindda disapointed about nothing phone quality :-(
MDARIJ I am also facing this same problem bro from when i purchased. Its visible in low brightness at dark room at lockscreen and notification panal and app lock fingerprint page.If i disable the fingerprint scanner this problem goes down and not annoying.but then what is the need of the fingerprint here why i need to off the fingerprint.any one just tell me what is the problem? Problem from display or software bug?
heisenber9 same here , I did notice the green pixels in a dark room while the brightness is low
TO EVERYONE HERE…LISTEN !
It’s normal’…the fingerprint sensor is optical which means it uses super brightness filled light to scan your fingerprint…so other pixels should be shutdown temporarily (by green tint method) to give the fingerprint reader an accurate reading…. You can notice that if you turned off fingerprint sensor security in your phone…it looks normal…now you got it?….the green tint is for a reason…..

DevaDcruz hi bro whatever you said is kind of acceptable the green tint is ok
But we can visible see pixels like noice in photos
Then there is no greentint all over the display the issue is some places in display seems green tint and in some places we can see difference in pixels
emiting light some black patches are there
It seems like a defective pannel or a layer of film in display is cheap quality it seems
I’ll attach the images please see and give ur openion on this pictures…

kavinr the fingerprint is active in the following photos you uploaded..that’s why your mobile shutdown all the pixels temporarily..if u exit the page…it comes back to normal..it’s not a defect.. every phone with optical in display scanner with 120hz refresh rate panel has this green tint effect.
It’s also visible when fingerprint scanner is disabled but very slightly in dark situation
