More of a vent post so think whatever you want, but I definitely expected more. Got the phone 2a for over a month and theres still the battery drain issue that literally everyone talks about, and it looks like it went by unnoticed, considering theres been a new update few days ago and it still happens. I reported about 5 bugs thru the feedback system + elaborated in the emails and the communication was horrible. It seems like the people who answer these emails are barely able to comprehend basic English. Nevermind that though, none of the issues I reported a month ago have been addressed. One of them is literally a huge software issue with volume, and I probably wasnt even able to report it since they didnt get it. About the phone itself, its definitely good for a mid range phone, but the camera SUCKS. Its obivously a mid range phone so Im not expecting it to be iPhone 14 tier, but it does some weird unnecessary stuff with brightness, the saturation is all over the place (my friend literally mistook tomato sauce for strawberry jam in one of my photos). The colors are extremely unreal, I take a picture of some nature and everything is unnaturally green. I feel like all of those issues could be fixed bu not doing some goofy stuff. Also, you cant zoom in the 50mp mode so you have to put up with low quality 12mp photos.. disasterous.
My initial plan was to use the 2a to test out Nothing overall, and maybe get the phone 3 once it comes out, but Im left dissatisfied. I might return the 2a and either go back to clean iPhone which does what I want or try a different android… Nothing really let me down.
