My CMF charging case got damaged, so I visited a Nothing service center near Indiranagar, Bengaluru. At first, they told me I could get a replacement by paying ₹1600. After making me wait for about 30 minutes, they came back and said a bill is required to proceed.
I explained that I don’t have the bill and am not sure where it is now, but they were very firm that without it, they cannot provide a replacement. I am not sure if this is an official policy from Nothing or something specific to that service center.
Nothing India, could you please clarify?
