I’m also looking for a way to remove that big bar in gesture navigation mode. On my OnePlus, there’s no down arrow — I can just use the back swipe gesture on the keyboard to hide it. But on NP3, the back swipe on the keyboard is detected as swipe typing, so it doesn’t work. The only workaround I’ve found is swiping back just above the keyboard area, which hides it. Hopefully, Nothing adds an option to disable the bar and allow the back swipe gesture to hide the keyboard in future updates.
