Phone (2) unresponsive + no-command

I bought my phone in March 2024 i.e 6 month ago.

This has happened 40 to 50 times for my unit .when it happened first time I was afraid that what has happened to my phone, I tried to unlock the screen but the screen doesn’t respond (display on and off by the power button but do not response) so I searched this problem in YouTube where Major of them were telling to press all the three buttons i.e power button and the other two volume down-up button, which will force the system to restart.

This problem is going on happening from 6 month there is no fix for this problem, but today it happened again so i use the same technique to restart it,I tried many times but it is not restarting it goes in a no-command boot page and when this boot page appears I tried to restart in the same method but phone shutdowns .

what is the problem i don’t know,did anyone encountered this issue if anyone knows any fix for this nonsense problem please share.

And why do you think they would do that? The Community is for discussion and helping others. There are hundreds of posts related to bugs and issues faced by uses and those posts are still there.

As with this issue, there is nothing that we can do here on the community to assist you. You need to reach out to the official Nothing support team as they can help you diagnose any issues and advise you on next steps such as visiting service centres or getting replacements.

adbo sorry for in appropriate words i used,i was so obsessed by this problem . But on the other way nothing should seeing to this problem

Based on your post, your have tried the correct troubleshooting steps. But it sounds like your device has a bigger issue.

Have you contacted Nothing Customer Support? Hopefully they can help you in the right direction.

I have solution for screen freeze problem in np2

I just switched on my mobile but it didn’t responding to my touch , I think it’s a bug, I just frightened then I clicked both volume up button and power button for 1 minute then it restarted.

I thought finally restarted, but again it showing no command.

I did same process, then it showed some options I clicked power off button using power button.

Finally the phone restarted and phone screen also working.

I think it’s a software issue please solve this issue.
