Intermittent Internet Connection - CMF phone 1

Hi all! I recently purchased CMF phone 1. It has a strange connectivity issue. Data speed drops to 0 kbps randomly. This happens on WiFi as well as mobile networks. The network signals are strong, and the other devices connected to the same networks are working just fine. Any help would be highly appreciated. It's quite annoying because everything else with the phone is good. I am not sure whether it is a one off issue with my device or other people are also facing the same. I did troubleshoot like turning the networks off & on, restarting the device, resetting network settings etc. Issue isn't solved yet. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Im facing similar problems, specially when downloading games or big files, im using phone connection because 5g is faster on that point, but to the problem what solved for me is change from APN settings auto upv4/6 force to ipv4 and it doesnt have any issues, better downloading speeds also. Before this my connection cut off every minute had to restart sim profile/connection. Also its good to keep bluetooth off.

Exactly same issue happens with mine CMF Phone 1 also or even worse experience bro. One of the reasons for this is that whenever I turn on the WiFi from the control center, it does not connect immediately with saved networks, it takes at least 10 seconds to connect to the network, whereas other people’s mobiles connect immediately.

Even after turning on the mobile data, it takes time for the internet to turn on. I have a very bad experience with this mobile and they don’t even fix the problems in updates.

In essence CMF phone 1 has a lot of network connectivity issues, from Wi-Fi to mobile data and sometimes even with Bluetooth
