I have been using the CMF Phone (1) for about 4 months now I am having a problem with the microphone being very sensitive when I am on phone calls. When I am outside or if I put the phone call on speaker even when indoors, the other side always complaints about the background noise on phone calls. It’s actually worse on WhatsApp calls even if I am not on speaker. Tried reset but still the same. Is there anyone who is facing this challenge?
The sound recorded by the phone microphone is very low-quality, as if I am talking to a cheap AirPod. Is there a solution? 
I’m still facing the same issue with the microphone being overly sensitive during calls, no matter which app I use. The person on the other end complains about an irritating noise coming from my side. Additionally, the speakers on the CMF Phone 1 are subpar—they sound cheap and are very uncomfortable to listen to. Both the microphone and the speaker are basic components in any smartphone, and the quality of these makes the device almost unusable for calls.
It’s becoming incredibly frustrating, and I’m really hoping the company can address these issues through a software update soon. These problems make the phone difficult to use for something as fundamental as making calls.
I’m starting to question my decision to purchase the CMF Phone 1, especially after seeing mostly positive reviews. I expected better quality from such a highly reviewed device.
