Buds pro 2 - Mic not working for PCs

Hey guys, so the problem is with the mic. It’s working fine on mobile, But seems l like it’s not working with PCs, I tried with both my laptop and desktop (both run Windows 11) - but the mic is not working at all. Any fix?

dKush hey mate, try the follow:

Connect your CMF Buds

Windows Key+I > Privacy > Microphone

Set allow access to the Microphone on this device

Allow apps to access your microphone - toggle to on

Choose which apps can access your Microphone - If needed toggle required to ON.

dKush Yes, I’m also facing the same issue. I bought a CMF neckband almost 3 month and they didn’t working properly.

It’s already turned on, seems like something is wrong with my PCs. I tested with a JBL earbuds - and yes, mic isn’t working. The thing is the laptop is my office laptop and I made no change there. Sooo confused

dKush Ah no worries, might be some corporate IT policy that is blocking Bluetooth/Bluetooth connected mics. Weird! One for your IT department.

Hey @hrry and @janpakhi. I got it solved.

For me, it was metered connection in the PC. Turning it off fixed my issue
