CMF Watch Pro Issues/Feedback

I love the designs Ux and everything about CMF and Nothing but there seems to be a problem with step tracking. Can someone tell me if it is a software bug that Nothing would fix or is it a hardware problem? Also, notifications are not showing on ios. Still hopeful for the success of the brand and their products.

The only thing accurate about the brand is that NOTHING works correctly. Walked 2 miles on a treadmill, step counter says 247 steps. Constantly disconnects from phone. Even though I have SMS set up, only get notifications on the watch once in a while. Basically everything that can be tracked by this “pro” watch is inaccurate and useless. Are you guys going to update this software to fix these issues? Im sure you can easily search and see how many posts are about the issues and inaccuracies of this watch. FIX THIS OR PULL IT OFF THE MARKET… You’re wasting peoples time and money!

I have nothing phone 1 and cmf watch but connectivity is worst of i close the cmf watch even after I gives background running permission the notification and call stops any help for this

I’m facing issue with water drinking reminder and stand-up reminder both are not working for me its enabled but even after 1 hour that has been set its not working
anyone else facing the same issue

New watch today. After power on it made a firmware update… I’m trying all the features but steps count is always 0 !

My step counting also not working. I tried watch rest and restart many times then also not working.

First of all i find that including auto brightness in the cmf watch would be great. Next, when the notifications arrive it doesn’t turn on its screen. So kindly add this feature too. Thank you.

I just received and setup my watch and everything seems to be working fine apart of the step count and calorirs, they are set to 0 and dont count anything no matter what I do.

The watch is updated to 11.0.0.43

I would like to know if this is going to be fixed or shall I teturn the watch?

GMAIL notification always active even if I have disabled it from the app.

How can I stop GMAIL notification?
