Wondering if anyone can help here.
I have the CMF watch pro 2. It is updated to the most recent version but the ‘exercise minutes’ recorded in the daily ring don’t seem close to accurate.
Example: an ‘outdoor walk’ exercise I started, which was tracked as 16 minutes warm up, 22 fat burning, 8 aerobic endurance and 5 anaerobic endurance only added 19 minutes to my ring.
I am wondering how this is measured. From the watch it states ‘The device calculates the cumulative time you have spent on moderate and high intensity activities based on your cadence and heart rate activity.’ It also suggests that a brisk walk would be moderate intensity. I believe my exercise exampled above was at least, if not more than a brisk walk.
So, I am asking either 1) Is there a way to fix/improve this accuracy and/or 2) how exactly does the watch categorise ‘moderate’ and ‘high’ intensity exercise?
