Same problem here, just got the watch and wondered why I wasn’t recieving notifications from applications I configured earlier. Checked the phone and I didn’t see the “connected” notification. Opened the CMF app, everything synced and I started recieving notifications.

Hopefully this is fixed soon™.

Hello same here,when the cmf app is open watch works well except calls from facebook messenger and WhatsApp don’t work, after clearing recent apps from the phone watch disconnects only from the cmf app, if you control the bluetooth in the phone settings you will see connected watch.

Not receiving calls from Facebook Messenger/Whatsapp is a real problem.

I hope that all the notification and Bluetooth connection problems will be resolved as soon as possible.

updated to latest version and stays connected till a few minutes and after that i miss every notification.
Before a Huwawei watch and that’s stays connected till battery is empty. Why is this so hard for this watch!!!!

Same problem here since day one. Otherwise the watch is great for the price barring the bezels.

StefanFischer If that’s the case, someone would have posted a solution in this chat. I see only complaints here in the thread. Not sure if it is a problem in the App as it connects well and syncs immediately after the app is opened. However, it shuts as soon as the it is closed and cleared from the “recent apps” tray.

A temporary solution is to lock the CMF App in the “Recents App tray” so that it stays open in the background irrespective of you clearing out other background running apps. Most of the android devices have a way to do this. Not sure about Iphones though.

I have a question. Can anyone tell me how to check my SpO2 level on the watch? Thanks.

GordonLutz Did you reinstall the CMF App? Coz I did and nothing happened. The problem remains even though the “Running in Background” toggle is ON. I have to keep the App locked in the “Recents” tray for it to remain connected in the background.

The connection problem is fixed as of last update, 4 days ago. Mine hasn’t disconnected yet since.

Unfortunatly this is not true, disconnections are still a problem even after the app update
