Set Battery Charge Limit

Is there a way to set the battery charge to 85% in nothing 1? It was there in the Samsung m32 I used.

Had raised this request earlier, there is an open thread on this too and i did see a response from one user that the feature is implemented, but I couldn’t find it! As far a Nothing is concerned, this doesnt seem to be a priority! 🙁

pravyp Finally its here!! Now have the option to set battery charging limit at 70/80/90% on my 2a

We did it boys. With todays update battery charge limit is finally available on my 2A. Thanks for Nothing 👍

SamArya even cmf phone has this feature inbuilt and also on 2a but premium phone 2 and 1 doesn’t have it so kudos to nothing 👍🏼

Akshansh_ Have you updated your phone / checked battery settings after the update? This feature was not available on the regular 2A (not Plus) until today either.

gerksterr brother I’m having phone 2 so i can surely confirm that but my friend has cmf phone he showed me so I must be wrong about 2a

This is on Phone 2, latest update. It’s either hopefully happening later or just different rollouts. I hope the feature will be available soon…

Seriously? They sent an update for 2a with this feature, but not to 2? 🤡

I’ll keep this in mind when I’ll choose a replacement for my Phone 2

DavidGursh ok. update rollouts are diff. pls have patience. plus this feature might come to OS 3.0 so lets wait. till then you can take off phone once its charged to 85.

My charging limit was set to 70%, but it still charged up to 85%. Also, I noticed slight warming while gaming…i only played stumble guys…so uhm.

Is it really something i should be concerned about?

Also my battery drains at night even if i don’t use it/or net is closed…usually 10%-15%…

Also how many times should i charge my phone?? (I don’t usually charge it over 70% )
