Is there any option to hide private photos in Nothing gallery

the nothing development team, since the gallery app announcement, they almost took 6 months to deliver it. However IMO it's missing adding font/font styles badly!

Hi, does anyone know how or even if you can use a pen 🖊️ or brush 🖌️ in edit mode in the gallery app. I want redact my address from a screenshot to send but I want scribble over my personal details.

There just doesn't seem to be that facility

I'm using the Nothing Phone (3a). I have the App Locker setting turned on for the default Nothing Gallery App. Just recently I have noticed that whenever I open the app, it opens directly without asking for the app lock password or fingerprint. I tried closing and re-opening the app multiple times, and once in a while it asks for the password or fingerprint, but most of the time, the problem persists. Next thing I tried was to turn the setting off and on, but it's the same either way. I even tried the same in case of the other apps, for which I have the App Locker turned on, and all of them seem to work perfectly. Any tips to fix it ?

Update the Gallery Features, improve old features, old version of gallery had more features then latest gallery version

Yeah, it’s most basic feature in any gallery ui face recognition. They talk about big hi gallery feature when they launched but what the status now no google cloude sync , no face recognition in older device like nothing phone 2a. It should be priority now…atleast in next update it should provided…

The old version was the best of all…we were able to crop pictures according to our need, filters were damn good and many more tools. Nothing please bring back the old version this new version sucks…#Nothing Phone (3a)

I Think You Should Update Nothing Gallery As It Is Very Old We Cannot Evenn Put A Album Cover On The Album And We Also Should Have An Option To Lock A Particular Album Not Just Hide It It Should Be Across All Nothing Phones As Gallery Is Very Old As Per 2025

Well I just got my first nothing phone and it’s 3a and I am loving it, however there is one problem I have with the gallery it’s lovely I loved it but the issue is the hidden gallery is not hidden it’s just locked and anyone can see it and access it if they know the phone password 😭i hope nothing devs actually hides it and also when like we unhide something from it hidden gallery it don’t ask us where to move the photo it’s just does its own in the default location which is bad if I have to find that photo and hide it again and that photo is really old so I hope they fix this too add a option where we could select which folder we want to move it to before unhiding it.
