Is there any option to hide private photos in Nothing gallery

I don’t get the default gallary update on my nothing 2a still today. But i have seen that many 2a have got this update. So why there is a delay on my phone?

So i took a raw format photos and i’m unable to see it in the gallery, unable to edit or share it. It won’t Even show up in Lightroom. Has anyone has this issue before?

Does anyone also experience problem in gallery application, it always shows the photos of the day when I installed the application, I always have to scroll up all the way to the top for latest pictures, if anyone have solution please inform

I switched from Samsung to Nothing 3A last mid-August and I have been noticing this weird bug with the gallery app. Whenever I go to the gallery it shows the first pictures I took with the device and then instantly auto scrolls up to the latest pictures. Is this normal? or a software bug. Can anyone let me know if you have faced this same issue and if Nothing is planning to fix it with future updates.

The gallery app takes photos from all over your phone , including folders like Music ( in my case ) and its annoying to have lots of albums from the covers of the music albums in the gallery, i would like to propose a blacklist that prevents the app from searching in the folders specified, so you can have a more clean list of your photo albums in the gallery

There is no option to add music on the video in video editor. Offcourse there in nothing left in video editor. Did u make this phone for half blind Uncle’s and Aunties.

In the image editor there used to be the usual and needful option to add text on image. But now it’s gone. I need it back.

Love the gallery app UI but its always better to keep upgrading Here are 2 suggestions as a UI/UX devloper.

1 - It would be great if the Nothing Gallery app could support text recognition inside photos, similar to iOS Live Text. This would allow users to search for words, phone numbers, or other text directly in their images without needing third-party apps. It would make the gallery smarter and more useful for daily life.

2 - When unhiding a hidden photo in Nothing Gallery, the app currently restores it to the original old path. This can be inconvenient, especially if the photo is from a long time ago. It would be much more user-friendly if the app allowed us to directly choose the destination folder when unhiding, similar to how OnePlus Gallery handles it.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been using Nothing Gallery for a while now and I really like it, it’s super clean and such a nice alternative to Google apps. Still, I think a few small tweaks could make it even better:

Albums

Option to pin/favorite specific albums so they always appear at the top.
Ability to choose a custom cover photo for each album.

Photo Widget

Direct access to Nothing Gallery from the photo widget.

Photo Editing

Add a pen/marker/brush tool to write notes or draw directly on photos.

What do you guys think about that?

Do you have any other ideas for the app ?
