Let’s talk about smartphone cameras, and why everyone’s underestimating budget phones.
Influencers obsess over quality, colors, and low-light specs, basically implying anything less than a Pixel or iPhone is a potato cam. But this doesn’t do justice to the camera quality of budget phones like the phone (2a).
Is it outshining flagship cameras? Nope. But it’s way better than you’d think.
For instance, every video on my youtube channel (youtube.com/@makestreme) is shot on the 2a.
I (and my viewers that I interacted with) love the video quality. Here’s my latest video for reference:
Makestreme - Gus 2.0
And no, these are not shot under studio lighting. Just cheap $10 led light strips from Amazon.
Now an iphone or Samsung will definitely be better. But the question is, do you really need it?
