I have the exact same problem. I open the case again, wiggle them around. This helped in the beginning. Now I need to push the dots connecting to the earphones with my fingers a couple of times and it works again, but now its 50/50 chance to properly disconnect. They also do it on random - i’m talking on the phone and boom they connect 😃 Its really annoying and I’m gonna make a warranty claim soon, as it seems that it is a mechanical issue.
