Great detailed work šŸ¤˜šŸ»šŸ¤ŒšŸ»šŸŒž.

Maybe 2024-25 we achieve favorable unit economics and get to profitability. A billion dollars in sales and a raging bull market is the right time to raise money or consider an IPO.

wow that’s a real in-depth analysis, bravo for that. I wonder how Nothing Tech will handle this ā€œloanā€ to Nothing india. As their 2 different company, it’s not just a large cash changing division.
Really interesting figures tho on estimated units sold last year. Can’t wait to see what’s coming next

Amol Yup unit economics will be key along with volume growth. FY24 financials will be interesting as i doubt they have sold that much phone(2) vs phone(1), so will be interesting to see how that strategy of better pricing with less volumes have worked out on the financials.

Billion dollar sales looks a bit far as of now. Need to enter into multiple categories.

Remi F Yup that loan or support thing is odd. There is no cash payment by Nothing Tech to Nothing India given that the amount is still sitting as ā€œassetā€ . Interesting thing is that the amount is sitting in ā€œcurrent assetā€ that means Nothing India expects it to be received within a year.

Yo, estimated units at 400,000 for phone1 looks quite promising.

@arpan2308 I think series C valuations(Valuations under a billion dollars)still offer good value for folks who invested in series A and B. Sadly not much info has been shared on the series C community round post the last quarterly update.

Waiting for more info in the next quarterly update. Do ask rob if you get a chance.

From where did you get their financial statements? Could you reply with the link of their address of financial statements?

I think Nothing is worth investing in even at Series C valuations. @arpan2308 . No updates since that quarterly update on Nothing’s YT Channel where another round of investment for the community was talked about. :-(

I hoped we’d be given an update in this regard. Total radio silence since last 2 quarterly updates on the Youtube channel.

RubasGohar every company in India has to upload their annual financials of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website. Anyone can download these financials by paying Rs 100 per company.

With 600 M Dollars in annualized revenues and pretty great YoY growth, what valuation can nothing command in series D according to you Arpan?

I’d say nothing can achieve 1 B Dollar annualized revenue in the next couple years. 5 Time sales means a 5 B Dollar valuation.

It’s a shame we haven’t had a community round for series C. It would have been a good opportunity to invest further at a lower base and cheaper valuations. I do not have high hopes for another community round at series C valuations now. I hope i’m proven wrong.

Yo @arpan2308 you got the MCA data for Nothing India for Fy24 end yet?

            2 months later

Amol Nothing India is yet to file latest financials with MCA. Hoping for better insights through the financials this time.

            Valuation disclosure wen 😜

Amol no the deadline is not nov1…govt i think extended deadlines in covid. Nowadays companies even report in Feb-March also

Amol ya but companies do follow a pattern…so fingers crossed for November filing similar to last year
