I’m using a Nothing Phone (3a) and facing a battery performance issue. After a full charge, I’m getting only around 4 to 5.5 hours of screen-on time, which feels quite low with normal usage.
My phone is still under warranty, and I have the original box. However, I don’t have the purchase invoice. The device was bought from an offline retail store in Kuwait.
I wanted to ask:
Can the battery be checked or replaced under warranty using IMEI?
Is the invoice strictly required, or will the IMEI + box be sufficient?
Has anyone faced a similar battery issue and got it resolved under warranty?
Any guidance or experience would really helpful…
