Scroll page to the top?

On my previous devices if you have scrolled down a page you can tap the top of the screen and it will automatically scroll back to the top. Is there a way to do this?

I’ve just came from using iPhones for 13+ years. This function would be more then awesome.

I’m aware of the app named TopScroll, but I would like to keep my system as clean as possible, so I didn’t download the app. But tapping on the bar, and then seeing nothing happening feels like a missed out opportunity.
