I purchased 3a pro a on 14 April And now mobiles overheat In a day time not only while minor gaming also day to day task Is this normal ? And how I can stop overheat problem in device plz help

Millenial_Boomer it’s month old discussion…and posted by Indian…its peak summer so anyway temperature is above 40 so its going to heat…so people come here and post…but when everything get normal nobody come here to update…so it stays here… and new phones tend to get warm because phones adapts your usage and updates happening in background and stuff so…

I got the Nothing Phone 3a about a month ago, and I was really excited to finally try a Nothing device as I’ve been following the brand since the beginning. However, from day one, I’ve been facing overheating issues, even during light usage like WhatsApp calls. I live in Kathmandu, where the weather isn’t particularly hot, so it’s definitely not due to extreme temperatures. While I haven’t experienced problems like lag or the phone hanging, the overheating is very noticeable. Other phones in the same price range don’t heat up this much with regular use. Also, it doesn’t take much for the device to heat up. Even if it’s been idle all day, just 5 minutes of regular use is enough to make it noticeably warm.

Would definitely not recommend buying the 3a.

Although nothing 3a pro provides a clean and smooth experience the only problem I face is heating when I’m playing high end games like pubg. The heat is so terrible such that it can be used to iron dresses. While heating I used to place a cotton cloth dipped in water on the screen which gets dried up within minutes!!

All of a sudden today my phone (Nothing 3a) heats up very badly with out any reason…. I notice it when unknowingly i place my hand in my sleep and woke up scared. Can anybody Answer me why ?

My nothing phone 3a is overheating at 24Celcius without any use at early morning without any use, what should I do ,heat even day 1 . I have visited to service centre the said there is no problem and make me fool

I brought my Nothing Phone 3A in May this year. Initially, it worked fine, or maybe I didn’t notice, but nowadays it is getting very hot even with the lightest tasks like browsing the gallery or YouTube. Help and assistance are required. Thanks.

Anonymous931 I wish what you said was true because my case is really worsening see the attached screenshot these are temperatures of idle charging (nothing original 45w charger)

100% normal temperatures. In fact, they couldn’t be more normal at all (unless you live in Antarctica).

Anonymous931 but my friend also have same phone his never gets this hot, he lives next to me only, so no weather difference either 🥲
