Charging glyph indicator 3a/3a pro

Ive had the 3a pro for a while now and ive become quite the fan of the glyphs. one feature that i would love to see is a charging glyph indidcator (not sure if that how youre meant to say it jajaja) on one of the glyphs like on the phone series that tells you how much battery the phone has, just like the volume indicator. if you agree with me like this so my boy carl see this and includes it in the next update (if possible)

It’s already possible with third party apps like glypfify but nothing is not planning to bring this to their budget series (otherwise they would have done that already in 2a or at the 3a)

josejaramillo0719 Hey, on 3a and 3a pro I don’t think they could include with software updates. But I have made an app and its in Open beta and I have added charging indicator for 3a series as well as 2a series. For more information you could check

Vishwam can u make it full time light on rather than shake only idk if it’s supposed to be full time on or shake only in other phones just asking

sharonnn_ Its shake in other phone like Phone (1) and Phone (2) and I could do full time but it takes so much battery so didn’t do this. I had to do in such a way that it doesn’t consume so much battery

Guys let’s appeal them to add charging progress on the glyph progress bar for maybe 3a and 2a series

The glyph lights should be implemented for charging purpose and breathing effect also as per my suggestion

Hi!

With the glyph lights in the back I tens to leave my phone facing down and while charging I wish to be able to see roughly how much my battery has charged. I think that would be a cool usage of the feature and useful so not have to pick up the phone just to see how the change is going.

I have a niggling question, it’s regarding the Glyphs on lock screen, whilst I can access torch and glyph torch via quick access/shortcuts, and the glyphs work fine when I flip to silence/pause, but I cannot for the life of me get the glyphs to switch on from the saved shortcuts on my lock screen. It shows the glyphs icon in red as demonstrated in the tutorial videos, but does not activate the glyphs when touched?, is there another setting that I have missed?

I recently bought the Nothing Phone 3a Pro and I really enjoy the design and the Glyph Interface. However, I noticed that the charging glyph progress indicator (the light bar that shows battery charge progress) is missing on this device.

This was one of the most useful and unique features on earlier models like the Nothing Phone (1) and (2). It allowed users to quickly check the charging status at a glance without unlocking the phone.

Since the Glyph Interface is one of Nothing’s signature features, it would be great if this functionality could be added back to the 3a Pro through a software update. Even a customizable option under Glyph settings would make a big difference.

I hope the Nothing team considers bringing this back, as many users would find it very practical and it keeps the spirit of the Glyph Interface alive.
