ASFI Cmf 1 : i am using oneplus 65w warp adapter for charging cmf 1…it says charging rapidly,,and i can see it charges fast….will it damage the battery? Or the phone will take the maximum power it needs?
Nicouschulas ASFI It controls how the phone can handle. It shouldn’t take any damage except you use a cheap charger
hrry ASFI Most modern day smartphones are designed to handle faster charging speeds and adjust the speeds they’re receiving to accommodate the battery. I wouldn’t worry to much.
CMF1_hacker It won’t charge rapidly as it’s not PPS-supported. It will charge at around 10-11W, in my experience, rather than the 25-28W with a PSS-enabled 30W third-party charger.
CMF1_hacker ASFI anything over 7.5W and android states charging rapidly. Thus a PD device will charge at 10-11W and a PPS-ENABLED charger will do 30w. Install AccuBattery or something else and monitor it.
