Hello. For several months my phone has been freezing. I had another phone and didn't have time to deal with it. A week ago I remembered that my phone still has a warranty, I made a request and was told to send it to a repair centre in Poland. I sent the phone which came back after a few days unrepaired, the reason being that the phone came in contact with water. Before sending it I also looked on the internet and I saw that my problem was in the software (the phone was turning on but on the screen only some numbers appeared and you could not do anything else).
Overall I'm sure the phone had no water, so they didn't want to trace it. I am totally disappointed with their service and will not recommend this brand to anyone ( although in the first month I ordered it I convinced 2 people to buy it too )
I hope you don't have the same inconveniences as me.
