I was trying to purchase a new pair of nothing cmf earbuds and first of all my gosh open heart surgery is less confusing then nothings lineup these days 🤣
But my main point i wanted to report a few technical issues i had with the website and when i spoke to support they said to drop it hear
Bug 1 - when i added my earbuds of choice to the cart and went to purchase them this came up

I live in the rural Scottish highlands so i am used to sites sometimes deciding i live on a island (a few of the couriers see my region has some islands and mark the whole thing as one)
Bug 2 - So i went to use the support chat to explain this and see if something could be worked out

the chat box is broke on firefox based web browsers (I care about privacy) i understand not many people use firefox so supporting it is not a priority but i thought you might want to know
Bug 3 - I switched to a webkit/safari based browser and the chat did work so i messaged about my issues

there is no message to say hey you are the line we will speak to you soon so i was waiting for a few minutes about to assume its also broken on web-kit when buddy starts messaging
Bug 4 - but when he started messaging he said he was Cris but his name came up as Dustin

Buddy then went on to explain that the message i was receiving actually meant it was out of stock, which kinda makes sense but that message is kinda miss leading
Thank you nothing i do really like your products either way which is why i have taken the time to report this 😄
