Nothing has been selling their products all over the middle east, including the UAE, without a proper after sales service structure.
I made the mistake of buying Nothing CMF Buds Pro 2 and the CMF phone on Amazon through one of Nothing’s resellers. Everything was fine until the buds started giving problems. The battery deteriorated so fast that the playback time on the buds reduced to 1-1.5 hour on the right piece and less than an hour on the left. Neither pieces would charge to a 100% either.
When I approached nothing with these complaints to claim the warranty, I was told that they don’t have a support network and instead I’ll have to visit Sharaf DG for a paid repair.
Why offer warranty in the first place when you can’t honour it. If you can’t service your products in a region then don’t sell them there, instead of steal people’s hard earned money.
I am so disappointed with the Nothing services that I’ll never ever buy another product from them. Even though their products are great, I love the phone, yet I wouldn’t touch nothing products with a 10 foot pole!
