I faced the same problem but didn’t get any solution. I posted here and reported it to them, but still no solution. I was really upset. But one thing you can do is go to ( Network and Internet → SIMs, switch off the SIM in which you’re facing the hanging problem, and then switch it on again.) You’ll see the hanging issue is gone. So this is analternative solution without restarting the phone.
