peterrafael That video is exactly what triggered me to post this. Based on Carl’s words, I believe a compact Nothing flagship is more likely than one in other price range, and it suits my needs perfectly! By small phones, I mean something around 5.5″, like zenfone 9&10 and even iphone 13 mini. As I mentioned, those “big names” have given up on small phones. But think about it, if Nothing tries to compete over flagships — like with the phone (3) — against those companies with leading advantages, what makes Nothing stand out? I believe it’s the design and simplicity. And a compact Nothing flagship will feel more like an elegant artifact in hand. In theory, the target customers of higher-end Nothing phones seem to overlap with those who would like a small phone in their pocket, who, currently have no options.
OK but to be realisitc, it’s more of a supply-demand-relationship thing. So it’s important to let the company see us — who are willing to purchase, as long as a decent compact Nothing flagship come out.
