I purchased the CMF Buds Pro around two years ago, and initially, the product worked perfectly. The sound quality was good, and everything seemed fine. However, after about 7–8 months of use, I started facing serious battery drainage issues. The earbuds would lose charge very quickly, and I had to keep recharging them frequently, which became quite inconvenient.
I then contacted the CMF service center. After a lot of effort and explaining the issue multiple times, they finally acknowledged the problem and agreed to replace the product. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also developed the same issue within 3–4 months. This time, the left earbud became completely defective — it drained battery rapidly and often stopped working midway during use.
Overall, my experience with the CMF Buds Pro has been very disappointing. Due to repeated issues and poor reliability, I would not recommend this product. Instead, I suggest considering other, more reliable options.
