I strongly support the original Glyph Interface (Light).
The Glyph Interface is a symbol of Nothing’s unique identity, something no other company has.
It combined design, notification, and functionality as a light.
For me, the Glyph Matrix is all show and no substance.
This simple notification window is the same as what was implemented in feature phones in the past, and it doesn’t embody Nothing’s unique style.
I cannot support the reduction of the Glyph Interface or the introduction of the Matrix from the Phone (3a) onwards.
If the Glyph Interface is too flashy, you can simply turn it off manually in the settings.
(The problem is that a certain number of users don’t know that this can be turned off.)
Alternatively, it would be good to limit the illumination to certain areas or allow stepless adjustment of the brightness through software.
Personally, I believe that developing an even slimmer Glyph Interface would achieve a high level of balance between brand identity and market demand.
The Glyph Interface on the Phone (1) and (2) was truly wonderful.
I want this light to be fully revived.
