Same Nothing support told me that they will contact me back regarding this issue but they arenāt even replying to my mails.
I never get a hold of Flipkart support but I am pretty sure they will always resolve the issue even if the issue is not resolve.
I have had pretty rough experiences in matters to Flipkart support.
Ya it is available on the Flipkart with 12k pricing.
