tmb10101 I have the same issue. I was advised by customer support that it should be available if you have OS 3.5 and the latest version of Nothing Launcher (which I do). They then suggested a factory reset, which is a bit extreme considering I haven’t even had the device for 2 days yet. I then got a follow-up email to suggest I just need to wait 48-72 hours because “your phone is optimizing in the background. That’s why some features are unavailable including the AI option when utilizing the essential search feature.” which sounds like absolute nonsense.
I must say I really like the phone, but my experience of customer support so far is pretty dire. They clearly haven’t rolled out the feature to everyone, or there’s a bug they need to release a fix for - I’d prefer they were just honest rather than treating the software as if it’s some magic they have no control over.
