I bought Nothing Ears (a) two weeks ago to use with my iPhone 16 Pro (iOS 26). They worked great for the first week. For the last four days, the earbuds haven’t worked during calls. I can play music through the earbuds during normal use (Spotify/YouTube/Instagram), but when a call comes in or I decide to make a call, I can’t hear anything through the earbuds. (I have to move the call to the speaker or my iPhone.) When the call ends, I can go back to Spotify and the music plays through the earbuds.
I’ve tried several methods to resolve the issue. - Disconnect the earbuds (forget the device) and reconnect them. - Reset the earbuds and re-pair them. - Turn the phone off and on again. - Delete the Nothing Ear app and reinstall it. - Turn Bluetooth off and back on.
Nothing seems to work right now, I’d like some advice before I have to send them back due to a defect.
