Currently have a huawei watch D2.
Wife has a Samsung watch 7.
Nothing would need to match these watches biometric sensors before i entertain moving over.
D2 can perform blood pressure (has an inflating strap), ECG, heart rate of course, skin temp etc.
I use it because Samsung hamstring their device unless you use a Samsung phone, or are prepared to mess about with hacked apks.
I will say though, that if you do not already own a smart watch, the cmf one is actually very nice and well priced ( but a Samsung watch 7 can be bought second hand in almost new condition for about £120, which has full android watch os, gps/satnav, sleep monitoring etc etc)
