Essential search not working most of the time - help

I am on nothing phone 3 . Essential search AI worked maybe once or twice in the last 2 days but mostly it gives a message as attached when trying the AI feature.

Everything is up to date including the launcher. Any tips on how to fix this

Edit: Now I know it doesn’t work with VPN on. Question is why?

what’s your ROM and what’s your location with no VPN?

CMF1_hacker Not sure what do you mean by ROM . My location is Poland both with and without vpn.

I just checked and it works without vpn . Why is this not compatible/reliant on it?

I don’t think that update is out in the UK yet. Or at least, I haven’t received it. When it comes through I will test out ES. On the previous ROM 250626-1933-EEA I’ve never had any issues with ES (not even once).
