@Louis ☕️ ,
My phone is up to date with the latest patches, and I restart it weekly as a regular practice. However, there’s a specific reason behind this weekly restart.
Every week, my phone’s primary SIM gets disabled automatically. I have already reported this issue to your support team, and they suggested replacing the SIM slot. However, I clearly mentioned that this is a software-related issue—only the primary SIM slot gets disabled, and a simple restart resolves the problem temporarily, but it reoccurs after about a week.
This is the first time I’m experiencing such an issue on an Android phone, and it’s disappointing, especially coming from a brand like Nothing.
For context, I’ve used the following brands in the past without facing any similar issues:
Micromax – 1 device
Samsung – 2 devices
Motorola – 2 devices
Vivo – 2 devices
**None of these ever had SIM-related problems or software glitches like this. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and investigates the root cause at the software level.
Thanks.**
